We always want our customers to be happy with every purchase here at 7th & Royal. However we know things don't always turn out perfect. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us immediately and we will do what we can to make it right. We only process refunds for the following:
- The product that you received is not as described on the product page.
- The product that you received was delivered defective or broken.
- The product that you received was not what you ordered.
- If you have changed your mind before your order has been shipped.
Our return policy is built on our emphasis on environmental sustainability. To keep our carbon foot print at lower levels, for products $20 and under, instead of returning the product(s) just contact us to get your full refund. All that you need to do is describe to us what went wrong and take a couple of pics for us.
Once your pics are inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your uploaded pics of your product(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the full amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48 hours. We recommend that if you are able, recycle the product or even donate the product to a local charity that did not work for you.
For products over $20, you may be required to return the product to us. We will inform you if this is required and provide the returning address when you submit a refund request. The shipping return fee is on us!
7th & Royal reserves the right to deny any refund that we feel is abusive to our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Late and Missing Payment
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. Response time is 24 hours.
We do not offer exchanges. In conjunction with our return policy, exchanges go against our pursuit in keeping our carbon foot prints at minimal levels. However, if you find that you did not get the product you expected, let's us know and we will get the right product sent to you.
