Return Policy

 

 7TH & ROYAL / A Better Way to Retail

We appreciate our valued customers for choosing 7TH & ROYAL for their shopping needs. We always want our customers to be happy with every purchase here at 7th & Royal.  However we know things don't always turn out perfect. So, if you are looking to return your order,we are here to help!  We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.  You can return your merchandise for a refund to the original payment method.  

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Lingerie
  • Sleepwear
  • Swimwear
  • Personalized accessories
  • Bodysuits

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, unwashed, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.  If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.  

Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item. If we approve your refund, we will refund it to the original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 7 -10 days.

US Order Returns:

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID by clicking the Start Your Refund Process below.  
  2. Choose the products you wish to return. 
  3. Once your return request is approved, print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to our US Returns location in Los Angeles, CA using the label provided.

International Order Returns Only: (Return Portal is Not Available)

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Return by mail using the shipping carrier of your choice.  Please understand that it can take several days/weeks for us to receive the returned package, depending on the shipping methods used.
2. Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5 - 8 business days to process your return. We do not provide pre-paid labels,and you are responsible for all returned shipping fees.

7R Reminder:  7TH & ROYAL is not responsible for returns that do not reach our International Returns Dept in San Antonio, Texas.  We highly recommend using tracking methods for your your shipment and keep all proof of postage and shipping available if needed. 

 

7th & Royal reserves the right to deny any refund that we feel is abusive to our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions. 

Exchanges 

Currently we do not offer merchandise exchanges.  We cannot guarantee the product purchased will be in-stock in the size and/or style desired.  No worries!  Just return your product(s) by mail (in accordance with our Return Policy) and repurchase the product(s) in the desired style and or size once your store credit is applied is issued.  

Late and Missing Payment 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@7thandroyal.com.  Response time is 24 hours.
