SHIPPING. 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to USA only.  

My tracking number is not working. What can I do?

No worries!  It can 2-3 days to activate.  If you are unable to track your order after 4 days,  please contact our Customer Service Department here.

How long will my order take?

4 - 8 Days / Estimated shipping times are subject to weather, shipment companies, holiday seasons, information errors, changes to order, and manufacturer. 

What are your shipping costs?

Standard Shipping Fee: $7.00 Flat Rate.  Free Shipping on orders over $150.

How do I track my order?  

You have a couple of options.  You can use our website here or you can use another tracking page such as the USPS tracking page.  

My tracking number is not working. What can I do?

No worries.  It can take up to 2 days to activate.  If you are unable to track your order after this time, please contact our Customer Service Department here

Why did I only receive part of my order? 

7R works with multiple sellers, so your order can come in multiple packages. Don't worry, your remaining packages will be there soon.  

ORDERS.

How secure is my order?  

Your order is very secure! 7R is always certified Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant.  When you submit a payment, your information is SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network for authorization and approval.  This means, that 7R does not retain any credit card information on our servers.  

Can I cancel my order? 

Because we move fast when your order comes through, your order cannot be canceled or changed once it is placed.  Refer to Returns if you want to return an item after you receive it.  

How do I ship my order back to you?  

Go to Returns Section to start your return process.  

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES. 

Can I return an item and get my money back?

Yes. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.  We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, unwashed, and free from any stains with the original tags still intact. The item(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. 

Any incorrect, damaged or defective item(s) must reported within 7 days of delivery.
