Quick Full Body Quarantine Workout
What day is it? This is the question that I ask my husband about every 3 days just to stay in tune with current events. Some days we even make bets to see who actually knows the correct date. It's become our new norm in these difficult times of the Covid 19 Pandemic. With having to spend so much time at home, it can be also be easy to slip into some not so good eating habits. I get it. The struggle is real with me too.
So, to keep the weight down, I am watching my carb and calorie intake more and I am also installing some quick workouts for the day. Below, is a list of several exercises that I try to do at least 2 times a day. This keeps my body active and in motion and during these times, my body needs all the help it can get.
